A portion of every payment builds equity, so you are buying the property — not just renting it. At the end of the agreed term you complete the transfer of title and own the home outright.

  • Yes. A significant share of our buyers are Rwandan diaspora based in the US, UK, Canada, Belgium, and the Gulf. We handle all documentation remotely and can guide you through the Rwanda Development Board investor pathway if needed. Payments can be made via international bank transfer.
